Absolutely amazing staff, every day. Met many different staff from kitchen, to front desk/concierge, to bell hoppers, to greeters, to housekeeping. All staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous and very helpful. The room was maintained well, cleaned daily and amenities of the hotel was of great standard. Definitely will be back again when I visit Depok again. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you Margo Hotel!

This is a fantastic hotel, located at the Margo city shopping centre. The security is excellent, rooms are rooms and clean and the access to the shopping centre is easy. Parking is free for hotel guests, simply give your car number plate to reception and you are allowed to park anywhere in the hotel or shopping centre car park for free.

The breakfast is quite varied. There is a distinctive drink, which is turmeric herbal drink (jamu kunyit), and it is very delicious. This restaurant is also child-friendly because it is close to a fish pond, which makes children feel comfortable and enjoy staying longer.

I contact the hotel directly about the reservation for my nephew's wedding gift and my family to stay couple night after the weeding, and I requested for them to have extra service and they politely and friendly to give extra mile for them with no extra cost.

Clean and quiet room. Decent variety of food at the restaurant and they are relatively tastier compared to typical hotel food. The hotel installed small but they had many elevators, that we did not have to wait too long to go up to or down from the room.
